Those last 3 pics above are of some 3 year olds in eastern Ohio. I took the pics yesterday. The 3 year olds are smaller than Hillhoppers 2 year olds. Amazing what the right canopy and soil can do. Check out the one pic above where the light is hitting the clump of seng plants. It is bigger than the rest of the plants due to getting a bit more light. I suppose most of these will take at least 15 years minimum to harvest due to their small size. However, the roots are very nice in shape just like wild root. I suppose I have between 5,000 to 10,000 of these in this one woods. I had planted 10 lbs 4 years ago in this area.
