Hey Guys,
I cooked up that little morrel the other night.
I melted about 1/2 stick of real butter and fried it in that.
put on a light coat of flower first and fried it up.
It turned golden brown and was crunchy on the outside and it was some excellent eating - nice flavor. It only made a couple bite's but those were sure good.
I will definately be out looking to find a few more of those and will be checking that spot again where I found that one.
Would be nice if there was about 10 big ones there next time I stop by (hopefully this weekend).
