Season has begun. Looks like rainy weather has slowed down rodent activity. Time to plant seeds. Here is a plant with a 31-berry cluster.

Spoke too soon. My second-best location wiped out by mice. That's 700 seeds eaten. The place I went to today should have produced 1,000 seeds. Only 130 seeds left after the rodents did their thing. This is depressing. There is no way I can repeat what I did last year when I planted over 4,000 seeds.

37 berries from that plant. Not bad. Still a difficult year. Mice have eaten almost everything.
