Good looking plants there. You'll be into berries before you know it.
One word of caution. I see grass with seed pods growing in that first picture. You've got to get that out of there. If that picture is recent, go out and clip those seed tops off and throw them somewhere away from your patch. Sometime soon when you can, see if you can dig or pull up those clumps of grass growing in you beds. That grass can quickly overtake your ginseng patch. I suspect you have quite a bit of sunlight getting in to that area. In the long run your plants will benefit from doing this. The second picture looks perfect.
