I see this entitlement society all the time. Bottom line in the seng world no one has to sell, and at the same time no one is forced to buy. Diggers/ sellers need to dig well and shop for the best price, and buyers must do their due diligence and inspect what they are attempting to buy, and try and give a fair price and still make a buck............... but no one should feel entitled on either side of the transaction!
There are tons of post here every season with, well lets just say interesting perspectives!
