TOPIC: trail cam pics .

bellco ky... Whoa man! You really need to take that big 10 point Buck in the 1st picture. I went back to look at the pics and can see an arrow sticking out of his' left rear ham. (See the following edited and cropped pics!) If he is not harvested before long, he will probably die of an infection that started and spread from the injury.

never noticed that my cousin said he got a shot on a big buck. Down hollar where my stand is. Bet you that was him. Glad you noticed that. I will have my cousins on look out. For this buck. I am just glad that I saw it and could help! You can also see that there is a piece of his hide torn and stick out in the photo as well. As you, I hate to see an animal suffer and the meat go to waste. I have found a few in the past that were very sick and loaded inside with infection and had to put them out of their misery. It is a shame! I hope that you, one of your cousins or friends can finally harvest that Big Boy! He is a beefy old boy but it appears that his' neck is already starting to swell from the Pre-Rut which hopefully will make him easier to get a shot on as he is probably already dogging some Does.

It would be great to meet you and hunt with you a few days, so when you get down to Grainger County, give me a call!
