That is good news! I am glad that you guys in Ohio have your selves some justice. I hope other states follow suit. Thank you for the update and the post.

Unfortunately the Ohio \"Bust\" happened almost a year ago, and we have not heard much about it as of yet. Division of wildlife would not comment on anything more than was released in their press release. Another disappointment, although not that big of a surprise, was that other newspapers only regurgitated the ODNR press release with no additional information or follow up.

FYI

Make sure you have a quality trail camera. If the image is fuzzy at all there is good potential for the case to be thrown out. It's happened before. Even after the sheriff identified drying ginseng in his house.
