Might be raspberry or blackberry. I cant make out the leaves but, for sure it is not ginseng.
The first time out in my woods, I saw Virginia creeper everywhere. I thought I was rich until I learned what it was.
It's not raspberry or blackberry. I have been battling both at the Preserve for years.
Virginia creeper for some reason here on the East coast, gets labeled as poison oak. Why, I do not know. Poison oak grows west of the Mississippi as a bush. The leaves (of three) resemble white oak leaves, but with more rounded lobes.
I have gotten into knock-down, drag out fights with people over this, and have always resorted to taking the creeper, wringing it in my hands and rubbing it all over myself to shut these idiots up.
