TOPIC: Another New Guy...

I just wanted to say hello and thanks for letting me be a member.
I am from Pennsylvania and have been around ginseng all of my life,I have several uncles that love to hunt seng.They are in there 70s now but still do get out.some.
I have went with them several times as a child but seemed to have a hard time finding it,then one day I ( got ) it...It was as if someone turned the lights on..anyhow thanks and I enjoy all the phoyos and storys,I have a few of my own.I have a photo of big 4 pronger I found the outher day on my phone so I am goingto try to post a pic.

this root had 3 tops all 4 prongers I forgot to get photo of plant..that wont happen again..I hope not

one more photo root was 6 oz now it is a little under 6oz

PA...Good gracious alive that right there is one monster root, great find. They don't make many like that!

Thats a DANDY, no doubt! Congrats, and welcome to the forum.

I got a feeling that root is gonna make someone in the far easts eyes bug out. That family will be eating that root for a solid year or two. Nice find!
