Hope this loads up, this has the longest \"tail\" one a root i've ever seen, but this is only my second year hunting it.. from tip of the neck to the main end of the root was 23 inches before it started to dry
Nice pile there and I always really appreciate seeing the ones with those long curls like that.
I went thru my drying rack today and picked out several smaller roots with 15-25 scars on the curls for keeping myeslf.
I think the small roots with long curls are a little extra special. No doubt they struggled to make it and did for many years and well that makes them more attractive to me.
