Nice bunch of roots,,,what state you from? I'll try to get a few more pics and post Been a fun fall here in Minnesota. We got on to a great spot,,,and gonna head out again here in a few minutes. Have a good day,,,fellow diggers!!

Northern, I'm from Illinois [east central] it's really just getting going good here....I dug a nice patch today 2 pound's 10 ounces....I'll post more pic.'s but it takes longer with a regular camera ..I lost the digital while sang hunting....

Hi Chief,,,I'm in the Minneapolis area. Lots of plants are turning yellow or golden,,,some are still bright green,,,but things are changing quick here in the North. Tooler is one of my digging partners,,,so he may post a few pics. Nice talking at ya!!

Hey Chief,,,,dumb question here,,,we are drying ours on a screen as you are,,,whats the best way to store it once its dry? We have about 130 roots.

I put mine in regular paper bag and leave the top open...store it in a dry place with low humidity
