Reporting these folks to the State and to local Law Enforcement which maybe Game Wardens as it is here in TN and also in OH, seems to be the best option! You could share the info with others primarily in KY as it is of little use elsewhere unless these folks are crossing State lines to do their illegal activities. If you share info via email, just be careful who you send it to. Make sure you know who they are and that they are also above-board in what they do, as some of the folks that you are reporting could sign-up to these forums to gather information, so beware.
