How long will the Chants come up? I found the first ones I ever found 2 1/2 weeks ago and it's been 10 days since I've been back out. We've had a LOT of rain since then

Everyone around here goes crazy for the morels and sheepsheads... Are the Chantrelles as good of tableware as the morels?

I passed up probably 70-100 of them yesterday while out digging yellow root... didn't have anything to put them in but they were definitely chanterelles....
