TOPIC: Western North Carolina Prices

Hey all, I'm new to the digging scene, let me say I'm hooked! I was just wondering if any of you happened to know any well paying local dealers near Asheville. I talked to one dealer in Bryson city and he told me $350-400 to start out the season. Feel free to send your two cents my way

Ronnie Mason is right up the road from you in Topton. Mason's Sporting Goods at the top of the Gorge. Number's in the dealer's list on the left. Nice guy and is very honest from what I understand. I've purchased fishing supplies from him before.

I enjoy going to Mason's even when I can't buy anything. Those guys are a hoot and those MONSTER brown trout pictures on the wall just amaze me.

I talked to a guy on the side of the road today with a \"Buying Ginseng\" sign and he said he's paying $400 dry starting the 15th and $110 wet.....why would anyone ever sell wet lol
