So, I know I need to wash it and dry it.. But, do you want it cut into pieces? If so, what size? We washed it all up, and it looks clean, but I read that it can have rocks hiding in the roots, and that it won't dry properly if we don't cut it up, so, how do you want it?!
I set on my porch and use chicken shear scissors and cut the roots up in a trash can between my legs while I listen to music. I was told by mary from sluss's in Abingdon to cut it anywhere it could be hiding dirt like between the stalk heads from the past.no bigger that your thumb.
