TOPIC: Fall, Spring, and Winter hunting/fishing

wow, that is a lot of rain. Hope you can get out soon. Nothing worse than being stuck in the house. I'm going to do some turkey scouting tomorrow morning season opens this Saturday. Haven't been in a long while. I'll have to brush up on my calling. We've got turkeys everywhere around here. I must've counted 20 the other day in a field just down from the house.

I finally got out on the water,even though I had to quit early I managed 22 crappie....

Nice chief!, slayin em as usual. I went last week and the wind about blew us out of the water couldn't hardly keep my line in the water. It's been raining all week here, probably going to do a little turkey hunting tomorrow suppose to finally get a break in the weather. Suppose to be nice and warm next week will hopefully get back on the water.

Did a little evening crappie fishing yesterday for a few hours. Beautiful day only caught 4 plus a big drum and a bass, but couldn't beat the weather.

I ended up with 31 crappie yesterday.....

man chief you keep that freezer full, nice! I did a little trout fishing yesterday evening, and they were really active. They're starting to hit those flies. Love fishing the river this time of year. I ran into a copperhead yesterday they are active as well.
